Agreement to Terms

By booking or participating in any diving activity with Captain Slate's Scuba Adventures, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Booking & Reservations

• All bookings must be made in advance
• A valid certification card is required for certified divers
• Payment is required at the time of booking or on the day of the dive
• We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance receive a full refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to fees
• Weather-related cancellations decided by Captain Slate's receive full refunds
• No-shows are non-refundable

Safety Requirements

For your safety and the safety of others:

• You must complete all required medical and liability forms
• Follow all instructions from dive staff and Captain
• Maintain proper certification for your diving level
• Disclose any medical conditions that may affect diving
• Do not dive under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Assumption of Risk

Scuba diving and snorkeling involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and assume responsibility for your own safety. All participants must sign a liability waiver before diving.

Equipment & Rental

• Rental equipment is available at an additional cost
• You are responsible for any damage to rented equipment
• Personal equipment must meet safety standards
• We reserve the right to inspect personal equipment

Photography & Media

By participating in our activities, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform our staff.

Weather & Trip Changes

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel trips due to weather, mechanical issues, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or a full refund.

Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Treat staff, crew, and other divers with respect
• Respect marine life and the environment
• Follow all dive site rules and regulations
• Maintain proper buoyancy to protect coral reefs

Limitation of Liability

Captain Slate's Scuba Adventures is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or any damages arising from participation in our activities, except where prohibited by law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
